Mark Trigg in an entrepreneur and developer operating at the intersection of sport, leisure, property, and digital innovation. He leads the EvoFlow ecosystem – a platform connecting property-led sports campuses, athlete development, community impact, and digital performance systems.
Through Evo Management Ltd, he drives major leisure and property projects like the 955 sport and social site, featuring football facilities, hotel expansion plans, and performance hubs. His parallel venture, Flow PLW CIC, focuses on performance, leisure and wellbeing – ensuring social impact aligns with commercial growth.
Mark's journey so far
Evo Football, where it all began – developing aspiring and professional athletes through elite coaching and performance systems. Mark pioneered the use of cognitive and brain-based training to enhance focus, decision-making, and resilience – setting the foundation for Flow.
Expanding the method
His approach evolved beyond football into boxing, MMA, and education- working with British champions and teaching the next generation of coaches. As head of Morecambe FC’s U23 development programme, mark built a reputation for creating pathways that blend elite performance with long-term growth.
Building EvoFlow
Today, he’s bringing everything together under the EvoFlow ecosytsem – uniting performance, property, and community impact through the ethos of Freedom, Family, Flow.
